Do Free or Plus send my recordings anywhere?

No. On every plan, audio, transcripts and notes never leave your machine. Free and Plus send only anonymous counters — which features were used, how often, and crash reports. Pro sends nothing at all.

What exactly does the 5-minute limit mean?

On Free, meeting notes are generated for meetings up to 5 minutes long. Dictation has no limit on any plan. Plus and Pro remove the meeting cap entirely.

Are Plus and Pro really one-time?

Yes. Pay once, per person, use on all your own devices, updates included — no subscription. The $29 and $65 launch prices are limited-time offers on the regular $49 and $99. Existing licenses are never affected by future price changes.
