Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day refunds, no questions asked

If Wavren AI isn't right for you, email support@wavren.ai within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — subscriptions and one-time purchases alike. No forms, no justification needed. Where the law of your country gives you a longer refund period, that longer period applies.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel Pro Monthly or Pro Annual at any time from your billing management page (linked from your purchase receipts) or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep Pro access until that date, and nothing renews afterwards.

What happens to your data

Nothing. Your recordings, transcripts, and notes live on your computer and stay there — a refund or cancellation never touches them. Your account simply returns to the Free plan.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
