Most tools promise not to misuse your data. Wavren AI is built so there is no data to misuse: your voice, transcripts, and notes are processed and stored only on your computer.
What private actually means here
When you record a meeting or dictate a thought, the audio goes to a Whisper model running on your machine, the summary comes from a Qwen model running on your machine, and the results are written to your disk. We operate no server that receives your content — this is true on the free plan and every paid plan equally.
The only things that ever leave your device are the basics any app needs: your account email for licensing, and a small optional daily usage snapshot you can switch off.
Offline is the proof
Turn off your internet and Wavren AI keeps working — recording, transcribing, summarizing. A cloud tool cannot make that claim, and it is the simplest way to verify where your data actually goes.
Why this architecture
Client calls, patient conversations, legal strategy, unreleased work: some things should never sit in someone else's cloud. Modern laptops run excellent speech and language models — so Wavren AI puts the AI where the data already is.
