A raw transcript is not notes. After a meeting ends, Wavren AI reads the whole conversation and produces a professional summary: an executive overview, the key decisions, discussion highlights grouped by topic, and action items with owners — the way an experienced meeting secretary would write them.
Templates let you shape the output: standard meeting notes, project syncs with milestones and risks, or your own custom structure.
Private by architecture, not by promise
Cloud notetakers upload your conversations to their servers. Wavren AI is different by design: the recording, the transcription (Whisper models), and the summarization (Qwen models) all run locally. Client calls, medical or legal discussions, unreleased plans — none of it ever reaches us, because there is nothing for it to reach.
That also means your notes work with the internet switched off.
How it works
Wavren AI captures your microphone and the call audio together, detects when a call starts, and asks before recording anything. When the meeting ends, notes are generated automatically and every meeting stays searchable in your private library — exportable as plain Markdown, never locked in.
